Very useful if you want to move or delete a file locked by the system or an application...
and very easy to use it: only select the object, press the right mouse button and select the option "Unlocker" from the popup
menu.
Includes spanish GUI.

Window will sometimes uneccesarily lock files or folders so that they can't be renamed or deleted.
Usually a reboot is needed before you can modify it.
This utility will unlock it.
